These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service/Product.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (if applicable)
Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or Services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or Service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

SECTION 5(A) - ALL ORDERS/CUSTOM-MADE ORDERS/ORDERING FROM WEBSITE
(a) To confirm an order, a minimum 50% of your total order amount is to be paid at the time of placing an order.

(b) Your order shall not be started until a minimum payment of 50% of your total order amount is received in our accounts.

(c) The remaining 50% is to be paid upon completion of your order & before dispatch.

(d) Since the order will be made to your requirements, You will not be able to cancel your order once the process is started.

(e) If you want to cancel your order, it can be done within12 hours of placing an order. A full refund will be made as per refund policy. However, once this time period is passed, no refund/ exchange will be entertained. 

(f) All custom made orders are final. Any changes required by you during the production phase will be considered addition & thus will be charged accordingly. We strongly advise that any changes you wish to make to your design must be done during the pre-production stage.

(g) Each piece is meticulously handmade by master artisans one piece at a time. Due to this process, there may be a slight variation from one item to the next. Such variations are inherent in the manufacturing of handmade products, so you may expect minor distinctions that will make your order special and truly one of a kind.

(h)Shipping across Pakistan is free. International shipping charges will be separate.

(i) We understand that obstacles can sometimes put a delay in orders. Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to meet any delivery/collection date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence & Faisal Silk shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of your order that is caused by a Force Majeure Event or delay from you to provide us with adequate information or any other instructions that are relevant to your order.

(j) All custom made orders are created by hand and you acknowledge and accept that variations in these are likely to occur during the process, including but not limited to variations in any size and scale, material color, type of material used, placement, and positioning of it.

(k) You acknowledge that you shall have good faith, trust, and confidence in us to produce your order to the specification you provide us and you warrant that we are permitted to exercise our discretion in the final production of your order.

(l) We cannot accept responsibility for any damages,  alterations, adjustments, and/or wear and tear that may occur once your order has left our shop and is with courier service or in your possession and ownership and this includes but is not limited to the mishandling that may result of any zips, fastenings, embellishments, embroideries, delicate fabrics and colors. 

(m) Faisal Silk maintains strict confidentiality regarding the cost breakdown of custom orders, including but not limited to pricing structures, discounts, and any other financial information related to the order. The customer understands that the non-disclosure of custom order cost breakdowns does not absolve them of their obligation to pay for the products or services provided by Faisal Silk.

(n) Fabrics may have natural darker threads and marks in their weave. This is an inherent characteristic of the fabric and proof of its authenticity. This raw finish is the beauty of hand crafted products.

(o) Any order can experience minor delays due to the artisanal nature of the work. While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, a delay does not qualify for a refund or discount unless agreed in writing prior to order confirmation

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of the optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
We may also, in the future, offer new Services and/or features through the website (including the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or Services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

In no case shall Faisal Silk, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, Service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the Service or any products procured using the Service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the Service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the Service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service, even if advised of their possibility. SECTION 20 - CURRENCY AND PAYMENT POLICY

1. Pricing Currency: All prices listed on our systems, including product prices, services, shipping charges, and any other associated costs, are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

2. Currency Conversion: We may provide approximate currency conversion rates for informational purposes only. These conversions are based on standard exchange rates and are subject to fluctuations. Please note that the final transaction amount will always be charged in PKR.

3. Transaction Currency: When making a purchase or placing an order on our website, you are required to pay in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We accept payments only in PKR for all products and services offered.

4. Cross-Border Purchases: If you access our website from a region other than Pakistan, the displayed prices will still be in PKR. Any currency conversion displayed is for your reference only, and you will be charged in PKR at the current exchange rate used by your payment provider or financial institution.
